Seeley Creek Canine, LLC (“Seeley Creek Canine,” “we,” “us”) provides dog training and boarding in Chester, South Carolina. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact details: your name, mobile and other phone numbers, email address and mailing address.
Information about your dog and your needs: your dog’s name, breed, age, health, vaccination, veterinarian and behaviour information, emergency contact details, and anything you tell us about your training or boarding needs.
Booking and service records: appointments, forms, agreements and waivers you complete, and our messages with you.
Phone calls: when our automated phone assistant answers a call, we keep the details you give and a recording and transcript of the call.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

To respond to your enquiry and book, confirm, remind you about and manage evaluations, training, Board and Train and boarding.
To send service messages by email and, if you have agreed, by text message.
To care for your dog safely, including contacting your emergency contact or veterinarian when needed.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by ticking the SMS consent box on our booking or intake form, saying yes when our phone assistant asks, or texting us first, we will send you texts about your enquiry, bookings and appointments. These include booking links, confirmations, reminders and paperwork reminders. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only:

With service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer-management and messaging platform HighLevel (LeadConnector), our payment processor Stripe, our email provider Google and our website host Squarespace. They may use it only to provide services to us.
With your veterinarian or emergency contact when needed for your dog’s care.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it or keep it securely.

Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any non-essential email.
Access, correction or deletion: email us to ask for a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
